The Church Health & Development Team walks alongside churches in seasons of growth, challenge, and transition. Whether a church is seeking renewal, navigating leadership change, or discerning its next steps, we provide guidance, coaching, and practical support.

Our focus is to help churches become spiritually vibrant, missionally effective, and structurally healthy. We believe that healthy churches are essential to a lasting Gospel presence in every community.

Through assessment, encouragement, and intentional partnership, we help churches move forward with clarity and confidence—because no church should have to navigate these seasons alone.

Ministries for Churches

Assisting the Ordination Process
Helping candidates in the preparation of ordination statements; helping churches as they call for and hold ordination councils.
Bursaries for church ministry teams
Pastoral Relations
Working with Pastors through informal and formal processes when an issue arises between the Pastor and the Church, and assistance is requested.
Promotion of resources, seminars and workshops to grow healthy, reproducing churches.

Pastoral support and encouragement
Subsidies for approved counselling services for Pastors and their families.
Annual Ministry Leaders Retreat
Annual Pastors and Leaders Prayer Summit, usually held in September of each year.
Assistance with the ordination process, including ordination statements.
Supporting the District Minister in areas of care for moral failures or fractured relationships
